Send us your audio recording. We use the latest in transcription equipment to make sure each word and expression is captured as accurately as possible. We assign transcribers and translators who are proficient in the dialects and terminologies you require.
As with all our projects, your transcription project will be overseen by a project manager who is specially trained in workflow coordination, team management and quality control. He or she will assign your project to a highly qualified professional transcriber. After the transcription has been completed, your project manager will review the transcripts as an additional quality control measure.

Conference & Seminars
Conferences and seminars are designed to disburse large amounts of specific information. As conference organizers realize the importance of having that information archived, they are taking the time to have their recorded sessions transcribed for storage and distribution purposes. Oftentimes, there is so much information in the recordings that it becomes difficult and time-consuming to locate a particular discussion or topic.
Comprehensive will take the recordings of the conference sessions and produce written transcripts that can be put on the internet or other central location, where these transcripts can be searched for specific words or topics in a much more efficient manner.
When we receive your recordings, we will ask the appropriate questions to make sure that the spoken words are conveyed properly in the written record. We’ll get the appropriate spelling of names, places, and other industry-specific terminology; we´ll make certain that numbers are recorded accurately; and we’ll be sure that everything spoken is completely reproduced in the transcription.

The translation will be reviewed by another professional translator, who will also listen to the original recording to be sure that the translation accurately conveys the original message.
