Confidentiality Statement
Comprehensive Language Center agrees to keep in strict confidence all information identified as confidential, including but not limited to all trade secrets and/or proprietary information supplied by prospective clients or clients. We will take all reasonable precautions against accidental disclosure of the same. Confidential Information is defined as any document or other information supplied by prospective clients or clients that is identified to be confidential. Proprietary/confidential information does not include: i) information known by Comprehensive Language Center prior to receipt from our prospective clients or clients, ii) information that is obtained from a third party source without breach of this policy, iii) information within the public domain; or , iv) information released to a third party without restriction.
